Customer Relationship Manager

Alliance Business Technologies is a Brisbane based, nationwide operating Managed Services Provider. Being one of the larger IT Solutions partners in the market we are responsible for hundreds of clients and well over 5000 endpoints in the SME market. We provide our clients with IT support, monitoring, maintenance, consultancy, project services and cloud infrastructure. Ongoing growth has created an opportunity for a Customer Relationship Manager to join our team.

The Role

The Customer Relationship Manager is a technical pre-sales consultant who takes ownership of the complete relationship with our clients. As the CRM, you will be the interface between the client and our internal sales, admin and operational teams in order for their experience with us to be consistently exceptional. Your success is measured by the client’s satisfaction with our services. You will use your business acumen and technical experience to bridge between business needs and technical requirements and your networking skills to maximise the strength of the relationship with the entire client organisation and help the customer achieve their business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with your clients.
  • Customer satisfaction measurement, reporting and analysis.
  • Agreement management
  • Engagement with client stakeholders during major incidents and projects.
  • Discover, create and manage sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate and execute quarterly business technology reviews.
  • Manage client onboarding projects.
  • Client engagement at consultancy level.


Skills and experience

The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills and confident stakeholder management experience. As the CRM you will rely on your analytical and systematic approach to account issues. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and can effectively communicate with clients and internal teams at any level. A system engineering background will help you understand the technical requirements of the client, and experience as an account manager will set you up for the consultancy part of this exciting role. Relevant technology knowledge is important, but the ability to understand and translate new developments in business technologies is essential.

Your business skills are as important as your technical experience. As a technical consultant you will manage the expectations of our client and be a leader in our organisation. Your effective communication skills are critical to our success.
